About the Emergency Medicine Research Laboratory
The Brown Department of Emergency Medicine has an established laboratory located on the Rhode Island Hospital campus in CORO West, Suite 112. This laboratory is staffed by investigators from the Department of Emergency Medicine and the Brown University Division of Engineering.
Research activities are focused on Bio-Engineering and Biophotonics Projects which are translationally important to the care of Emergency Medicine patients.
